It felt like a spa experience, beginning with a relaxing neck and head massage, followed by an hour-long treatment while seated in a massage chair. Enjoyed a complimentary cup of tea afterward. To get to Janis Beauty & Scalp Clinic at K13/28 Remuera Road, Newmarket, Auckland 1050, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 70 or 75 and get off at the Newmarket train station. From there, walk northwest on Remuera Road for about 5 minutes to reach the clinic. If driving, head towards the intersection of Remuera Road and Nuffield Street, then turn onto Khyber Pass Road and finally onto Remuera Road to arrive at the clinic.

This note is more of a review on a product, not the location. I bought the Twelve Hour Intensive Lip Repair Balm (online). Being a fan of the Twelve Hour lipstick, I thought I'd enjoy the balm more. Unfortunately, when I applied the balm, my lips started burning immediately, indicating that it contains Menthol. Perhaps I should have checked the ingredients before buying, but shouldn't the Elizabeth Arden experts know that menthol is harsh on sensitive lips? Disappointing to waste money on this product, as everything else I've tried from EA has been good.
