I purchased a package of three laser sessions, which were supposed to include a free face mask and LED face treatment, but I did not receive them during any of my sessions. Additionally, I had a full leg treatment yesterday, and I have a tattoo on my lower leg. I felt a burning sensation around my tattoo area after the session, and when I mentioned it to the therapist, she assured me not to worry. However, upon checking today, part of my tattoo area is blistered and painful. This is highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend this service.About

I had the best experience at Benefit Cosmetics Kiwi Plaza yesterday. I had booked in at Kiwi Beauty initially however when I showed up to my appointment and was waiting for the guy at the benefit cosmetics counter to finish up talking with some guys for over 20 mins past my appt time, he then proceeded to run out back and grab his bags to leave the store before telling me they had to cancel my appt due to someone being sick. I have been waxing at Bonita for nine years. They are always very professional and respectful towards the client. The staff is well trained and they keep the quality and consistency across the staff. If there’s someone being trained they always ask permission to train that person while waxing you. They also ask if we feel comfortable going with someone who’s been trained.
