The establishment has a charming, cozy atmosphere with lovely decor. The massage itself was pleasant, starting off with a foot soak and massage. The only downside was the lack of inquiry about preferred pressure levels during the session.
A truly relaxing and rejuvenating massage experience. The therapist (Aroha) had an excellent understanding of pressure points, creating a calming and value-for-money session. We opted for a full body massage, beginning with a soothing foot massage before moving on to the body massage. Towards the end, attention was given to pressure points on the face and head. The only suggestion for improvement would be to slightly warm up the room before the massage session. Overall, highly recommended and I will definitely return.
ABSOLUTE DISASTER. Avoid purchasing these grabone vouchers. My partner's appointment was scheduled for 11am, but he stood outside knocking on the door for over 10 minutes with no response. When the therapist finally arrived, she casually mentioned they were open and made no apology for her tardiness. Initially, my partner was understanding of the delay. However, the therapist proceeded to simply spread oil over his body for an hour without applying any pressure or providing a proper massage. Throughout the session, she continuously burped, making the experience uncomfortable. The ambiance of the place was dreary, and my partner expressed a strong desire to leave. He felt that the therapist lacked the necessary skills. This was meant to be a birthday gift, but it was a complete disappointment. I rarely complain, but I wouldn't want anyone else to endure the same ordeal.
