My spouse who has ALS and is already in a wheelchair took our young daughters to a pamper session that was supposed to last two hours and include hair styling, makeup, and nail care. Unfortunately, they only received one coat of nail polish. No hair styling or makeup was done. The session ended after just 1 hour and 20 minutes at most, leaving all three girls feeling very let down. The cost of the session was covered by Race4life, but we had to pay $110 for transportation as a taxi was our only option. It was a real disappointment.
Exceptional, reliable, and welcoming service.
It was my inaugural visit to a hair salon for a haircut. I showed the stylist how much I wanted to trim, but she ended up cutting off much more than I had requested and then charged me $50 for it!! Now, I have to wear my hair in a tight bun because it looks absurd any other way. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this salon to anyone!!
