This note is more of a review on a product, not the location. I bought the Twelve Hour Intensive Lip Repair Balm (online). Being a fan of the Twelve Hour lipstick, I thought I'd enjoy the balm more. Unfortunately, when I applied the balm, my lips started burning immediately, indicating that it contains Menthol. Perhaps I should have checked the ingredients before buying, but shouldn't the Elizabeth Arden experts know that menthol is harsh on sensitive lips? Disappointing to waste money on this product, as everything else I've tried from EA has been good.

Hey there...please bring back the ceramide lift and firm day cream SPF 30 (pink cream). I tried the new one and it's not my favorite. I've found another product from Estee Lauder that I prefer.
