Nebil cut my hair today, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. He was efficient and executed the cut exactly as I desired. Highly recommend this place.
Service was top-notch. Never experienced such exceptional service at a hair salon in my entire 19 years of living in New Zealand. My hairdo was a spontaneous decision, didn’t expect such beautifully braided hair. The staff made my day, a Kiwi lady washed my hair (cleared all the dandruff lol), took her time with the braids, no pain, just a great massage feeling haha. The team also engaged in delightful conversation, felt like a regular with their relaxed vibe. Post-hair service, a guy came over and lined me up to ensure I looked sharp, even though he wasn't working on me. Moreover, she offered valuable advice on hair care. Never felt more at ease in a mall before HAHAHA. Will definitely return, even though I reside in South Island, the service is exceptional.
I went to "Just Cut" in New Market last weekend. Unfortunately, I'm really let down by the haircut I received. The hairstylist was nice, but this experience was disappointing. I've been growing my hair for two years and only wanted a simple trim. However, now my hair is uneven, with some parts too short and others too long, especially at the back. Friends have commented it looks odd, and I feel self-conscious. Normally, people praise my thick, long hair, but now I feel uneasy. Money can't solve this issue, and while I don't want to blame the hairstylist because she was nice, I can't help but feel upset about my hair outcome. The layering is peculiar compared to my usual experiences. Furthermore, her explanation of the haircut made me trust she knew what was best for my hair, now I regret letting her handle my hair the way she did. I understand a simple sorry in response may seem easy for you, but it doesn't rectify the problem or my desire to feel great about my hair. I feel unattractive now because of this experience.
