Absolutely dreadful thulium laser treatment. The initial session was incredibly painful and the laser malfunctioned. The removal of the eye protection cups was a struggle and caused intense discomfort. Despite not being charged, upon returning a year later to display the two crimson scars beneath my eyes (15 cm in length), worsened lip lines due to skin damage, and enlarged pores on one side of my nose, Paul claimed he couldn't detect any issues. I felt utterly foolish. My 30-year-old child became furious and accompanied me to confront him. Yet, he still insisted there was no visible damage and demanded a payment of 400. I refused to pay and strongly advise against seeking treatment from this individual. Despite his pleasant demeanor, my face was left permanently scarred.
