Visited Lush Newmarket yesterday (08.01.21) in search of new fragrances, and the wonderful individual who assisted me was exceptional! They suggested scents similar to ones I already like and introduced me to two new fragrances that I promptly bought. They engaged in delightful conversation, exuding warmth and hospitality (plus, they had fantastic tattoos). I will certainly be back!
My daughter and I had the most incredible experience here! The team was incredibly supportive. They guided us on skincare routines and also mentioned the most cost-effective options. I highly recommend this store!
I rate this place 5 stars because I adore their lush products. However, my shopping experience today left me dissatisfied. I purchased multiple soaps, but the staff cutting them did not provide the correct amount. For instance, one soap weighed around 80g, another about 90g when I rechecked in-store. Even though one soap was approximately 110g, the total weight of all soaps was still less than the 100g per slice as advertised on the company website. One staff member mentioned the price is based on the slice, but the company's website states soaps are priced by weight (I believe each slice should be 100g). While I appreciated the offer to recut a soap, I declined. I am very unhappy with the misleading and confusing information and the attempt to deceive customers. As a loyal patron, I am willing to pay more if extra soap is cut by mistake, but I do not wish to be charged for an amount that is actually insufficient. Deceiving customers with overcharging is dishonest. I also verified this with the online representative, and the second photo attached is the explanation provided.
