My hair dye job was a disaster, left half-finished. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I've received no response after spending $600. We had agreed on the desired outcome. Under the Consumer Guarantee Act, they are violating our agreement. Unacceptable service, unprofessional behavior. I've been to top salons and never encountered such incompetence. Utterly let down, what a scam!
Absolutely horrific experience, my hair is now severely damaged! I strongly advise against this establishment. They disregard your wishes once they have your money.
Visited last year for a birthday treat, hoping for a new look. The staff got sidetracked during the bleaching process (even leaving for lunch) resulting in excessive damage. Instead of the blended colors I asked for, I ended up with harsh vertical stripes due to over-bleaching. Half of the job was done by my assigned stylist, the other half by a junior. Hours in the chair left me disappointed and with aching lower back.
