Mount Eden Barber is absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend everyone to pay a visit. Incredibly friendly service and a warm atmosphere. You won't be disappointed. And the best part is, it's open 7 days a week from 8am to 5pm. My first visit was two years ago in 2022, and ever since then, it's been my go-to spot for a haircut.
My experience was far from pleasant, and it's safe to say it'll be my first and last time getting a haircut here. The barber was impatient and rushed through the cut, neglecting to use oil while trimming my beard, resulting in a burning sensation on my skin. The lines were uneven, the mustache wasn't trimmed properly with the clippers, and the fade I requested was not executed as desired. The barber's attitude was lacking in warmth and connection, which is essential in client interactions. To top it off, he blew my hair in the wrong direction with the dryer, leading to a unsatisfactory outcome. It seemed like he was just focused on payment rather than customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope others receive better service than I did. I rarely give negative feedback, but this experience left me deeply disappointed. The price was steep considering the quality of service, and the overall experience was far from pleasant.
Top-notch fade and trim at an excellent price point. Having tried out 3 other barbers in the vicinity, this one stands out as the best.
