Amy did a fantastic job with my eyelash extensions! I absolutely adore them. The team was highly skilled and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend them for stunning lashes!!
I've been getting nail arts for many years and every time it lasted for more than 3 weeks but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I spent over $100 and after 3 days, the gel started cracking. Later, I went back to see what the issue was, and they told me it's because my nails are soft. Then, they applied hard gel and charged me more. When I went back home, after a couple of days, the gel started peeling off. I've been to many nail salons, and this has never happened before. They told me I peeled them off, but I never did. I took good care of them, and I work in an office. They said I did gardening, but I never did. I just had a bit of mascara under my nail. When I asked for a refund, they said to provide my account number, and they only gave me $25 back. I called them back, but the lady was so rude, she kept shouting at me, and they didn't refund all my money. I spent $120 on my nails that didn't even last 3 days. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone. Save your money and go spend it at another shop. Definitely a 0-star review.
First time visiting Paradis Beauty, they were able to fit me in last minute, which I really appreciated. It was my first time getting SNS nails, and they executed exactly what I asked for. There were so many color options, and the service was incredible. Super affordable for my set of custom nails and my matching pedicure. I am so impressed with my experience! Laura was wonderful, as well as Amy helping out when needed. I felt like a princess. Thanks again, ladies. I had a great time and will definitely be back to get my nails done again and try out the spa and beauty treatments 💗
