I've been frequenting this nail salon for around a year now and every visit has been a delightful experience. I've tried natural nails, chrome, and various designs, and each time I leave satisfied with the outcome! The staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to work with you to achieve your desired look. The service is efficient and hassle-free.
Had my nails done by Quoc three weeks back. I was truly impressed by his meticulous work and attention to detail. Even after all this time, my nails still look fantastic, especially the cuticles. I returned today and specifically requested him. I highly recommend his services; he's the best nail technician I've encountered at this salon.
Visited the nail salon during a busy period, late on a Sunday afternoon (yesterday). The place was bustling, but the lady in charge assured me there was space for me. After making payment, I was directed to a seat. I had called ahead to inquire about bookings and was informed they weren't necessary. I opted for a gel manicure and pedicure, looking forward to a relaxing pampering session. Unfortunately, I was left feeling quite disappointed with the rushed and indifferent service I received. It was evident that my nail technician was solely focused on finishing quickly rather than providing a quality experience. My nails were left unshaped, cuticles untouched, and my preferences were not considered. I would have appreciated an additional coat of polish to address patchiness and more attention to filing and shaping to avoid sharp edges. Despite being one of the last customers attended to, I was the first to leave, highlighting the rushed nature of my treatment. My manicure and pedicure were completed in just 30 minutes. Regrettably, the service did not justify the $100 price tag, and I am thoroughly disappointed.
