The team here is so lovely, professional, and friendly. I got a balayage done by Karah and cannot boast enough about how much I love it.
I visited a different Kiwi Hair Co. and had a shocking experience. I wanted to do my usual blonde balayage with just a hint of rose gold; emphasis on hint. They didn’t check my customer history and didn’t seem to listen to what I wanted. I even had a photo of my desired look, but they completely ignored it. I ended up with a lot more pink in my hair than I ever wanted. In a complete panic, I tried to find another Kiwi Hair Co. (the one I went to yesterday was closed today) and found this one. The staff there were absolutely lovely and saved my hair! They were super confused about how/why the other salon did what they did. Tallulah was able to undo their mistake and give me the look I originally wanted. It looks amazing, and I’m so so so happy with the results! Thank you so much Tallulah! First photo is what I originally had, and the second is how Tallulah fixed it!
I wanted a balayage and what I got is a head full of brown and blonde stripes. Also, they let someone who just finished their apprenticeship do my hair. Not worth the +$250 I spent. Way too much money for such a poor job, plus no other hairdresser can fix this and change it into what I really wanted because it’s stripes everywhere. I’d have to go back to my natural hair color.
