Attention Everyone!!!! Have visited this place multiple times and had decent massages, except for my visit last week. Regrettably, I must give a 1-star rating based on that experience. I was attended to by an elderly lady, and the neck massage was excruciatingly intense. Despite requesting lighter pressure, it was still excessively forceful and caused significant discomfort. Days later, I suffered from severe neck pain, pulsating pain behind my eye, and nausea - leading me to suspect potential nerve damage. This level of treatment is unacceptable!
What a wonderful experience! Received a voucher from a mate as a Christmas pressie. Was a tad hesitant due to the plethora of 1-star reviews, but it turned out even better than anticipated. Masseur William did an exceptional job - I was on the brink of dozing off due to the extreme relaxation. Highly recommend if you're in need of a massage while out shopping. The entire establishment is spotless and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere with soothing tunes.
