I have been waxing at Bonita for nine years. They are always very professional and respectful towards the client. The staff is well trained and they keep the quality and consistency across the staff. If there’s someone being trained they always ask permission to train that person while waxing you. They also ask if we feel comfortable going with someone who’s been trained. Although I’ve been going there for nine years they still ask permission to come inside the room without a fail. The service and the quality are 10 out of 10. I remember struggling to find a waxing place I liked. The moment I found Bonita I never looked back and went anywhere else. However, my first laser treatment this morning at 9:00 was disappointing. The therapist didn't explain well and hurriedly left the room, not giving me enough time to cover up. When I asked for the manager's contact details to file a complaint, she handed me a generic email card with no name. I now seek a full refund due to this unpleasant experience and hope for a prompt response.About

Additionally, I had a full leg treatment yesterday, and I have a tattoo on my lower leg. I felt a burning sensation around my tattoo area after the session, and when I mentioned it to the therapist, she assured me not to worry. However, upon checking today, part of my tattoo area is blistered and painful. This is highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend this service.About
