To get to The Skin Company at 80A Bassett Road, Remuera, Auckland 1050, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 625 from Auckland CBD towards Eastern Beach and get off at Remuera Road near Bassett Road. If driving, head south on Remuera Road, turn left onto Bassett Road, and the clinic will be on your left after crossing the intersection with Orakei Road.

To get to KAIZ - Skin & Body Clinic at 2A Cowie Street, Parnell, Auckland 1052, New Zealand by public transport, take the bus number 75 from Britomart Transport Centre and get off at the Parnell Rise stop. From there, walk down Cowie Street for about 2 minutes to reach the clinic. If driving, head towards Parnell and turn onto Cowie Street from Parnell Rise. The clinic will be on your right after passing through the intersection with St Georges Bay Road.

This note is more of a review on a product, not the location. I bought the Twelve Hour Intensive Lip Repair Balm (online). Being a fan of the Twelve Hour lipstick, I thought I'd enjoy the balm more. Unfortunately, when I applied the balm, my lips started burning immediately, indicating that it contains Menthol. Perhaps I should have checked the ingredients before buying, but shouldn't the Elizabeth Arden experts know that menthol is harsh on sensitive lips? Disappointing to waste money on this product, as everything else I've tried from EA has been good.

I was scheduled in with a health professional regarding fillers to fix a droopy eyelid. It took over half an hour to drive to my 3:15pm Friday appointment only for the health professional to say I had to see one of their doctors because it is a high risk treatment... none of whom were available to see me. I informed the receptionist of my needs so they should've known to schedule me with a doctor.
