I had the best experience at Benefit Cosmetics Kiwi Plaza yesterday. I had booked in at Kiwi Beauty initially however when I showed up to my appointment and was waiting for the guy at the benefit cosmetics counter to finish up talking with some guys for over 20 mins past my appt time, he then proceeded to run out back and grab his bags to leave the store before telling me they had to cancel my appt due to someone being sick. I can’t praise Hemi enough. I initially went to him at his previous beauty salon for waxing and followed him when he started The Beauty Lounge. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for waxing, he’s the best in the industry. I now also get my nails and eyelashes done by him. His expertise creates a day spa-like experience, so serene and rejuvenating. After discussing the treatment we wanted, filling out the forms, we were led into a room for a couples' relaxation massage. Both therapists who worked on us were exceptional. I've had massages all around the globe. Honestly, this place in New Zealand is the best I've experienced. My mum and I enjoyed the Couple Viva La Hair and Foot massage. We were pleasantly surprised by a private couple foot massage room with warm honey drinks and treats.

I have been waxing at Bonita for nine years. They are always very professional and respectful towards the client. The staff is well trained and they keep the quality and consistency across the staff. If there’s someone being trained they always ask permission to train that person while waxing you. They also ask if we feel comfortable going with someone who’s been trained. Although I’ve been going there for nine years they still ask permission to come inside the room without a fail. The service and the quality are 10 out of 10. I remember struggling to find a waxing place I liked. The moment I found Bonita I never looked back and went anywhere else. I'm impressed by the service at St Luke's, and the Newmarket store, being newer and in a better spot, should offer even better service. However, my first laser treatment this morning at 9:00 was disappointing. The therapist didn't explain well and hurriedly left the room, not giving me enough time to cover up. When I asked for the manager's contact details to file a complaint, she handed me a generic email card with no name. I now seek a full refund due to this unpleasant experience and hope for a prompt response.About

I purchased a package of three laser sessions, which were supposed to include a free face mask and LED face treatment, but I did not receive them during any of my sessions. Additionally, I had a full leg treatment yesterday, and I have a tattoo on my lower leg. I felt a burning sensation around my tattoo area after the session, and when I mentioned it to the therapist, she assured me not to worry. However, upon checking today, part of my tattoo area is blistered and painful. This is highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend this service.About
