I had the best experience at Benefit Cosmetics Kiwi Plaza yesterday. I had booked in at Kiwi Beauty initially however when I showed up to my appointment and was waiting for the guy at the benefit cosmetics counter to finish up talking with some guys for over 20 mins past my appt time, he then proceeded to run out back and grab his bags to leave the store before telling me they had to cancel my appt due to someone being sick. After discussing the treatment we wanted, filling out the forms, we were led into a room for a couples' relaxation massage. Both therapists who worked on us were exceptional. I'm impressed by the service at St Luke's, and the Newmarket store, being newer and in a better spot, should offer even better service. However, my first laser treatment this morning at 9:00 was disappointing. The therapist didn't explain well and hurriedly left the room, not giving me enough time to cover up. When I asked for the manager's contact details to file a complaint, she handed me a generic email card with no name. I now seek a full refund due to this unpleasant experience and hope for a prompt response.About
