They are not abiding by the Consumer Guarantees Act. I made multiple purchases that were never received. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they flat out refused, disregarding my rights under the Act. Sheryl Lake was unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the matter. This conduct is not acceptable and is against the law. I strongly recommend that all potential customers steer clear of The Beauty Store in Newmarket!!!
