My spouse who has ALS and is already in a wheelchair took our young daughters to a pamper session that was supposed to last two hours and include hair styling, makeup, and nail care. Unfortunately, they only received one coat of nail polish. No hair styling or makeup was done. The session ended after just 1 hour and 20 minutes at most, leaving all three girls feeling very let down. The cost of the session was covered by Race4life, but we had to pay $110 for transportation as a taxi was our only option. First time trying nanoplasty hair treatment, had questions about the process due to the high cost. After the treatment, my hair looked funny and unmanageable when I blow-dried it at home. Compared to my previous keratin treatments which left my new front hair looking great. When I called to address my concerns, the response was rude and unprofessional.
