I was scheduled in with a health professional regarding fillers to fix a droopy eyelid. It took over half an hour to drive to my 3:15pm Friday appointment only for the health professional to say I had to see one of their doctors because it is a high risk treatment... none of whom were available to see me. I informed the receptionist of my needs so they should've known to schedule me with a doctor. I'm not going to undergo treatments where they can't even arrange for me to see the appropriate individuals!

Peeling salons Face peel Laser resurfacing

Was a loyal customer of About Face - especially the Dunedin branch - for years. Even flew back from Canada for treatments. Invested a lot in products, omnilux, etc. However, things took a turn last year - a series of Fraxel treatments left me with post-inflammatory pigmentation and triggered melasma (never experienced this before, no hormonal changes, everything checked). Now spent a fortune on dermatologist visits, peels, skin needling, high-dose vitamin C, hydroquinone, niacinamide, Tretinoin cream. What really hurt was the lack of acknowledgment. Won't be returning to this establishment. Will be seeking out Pure Fiji elsewhere!

I had sharp pain in my right shoulder when moving my arm. It felt like the pain was in the shoulder joint, but hard to pinpoint. I saw a naturopath who sent me for shoulder x-rays and an ultrasound, but nothing obvious showed up. The treatments helped slightly, but not much.
