Because I shifted homes and found Luke's lacking, I opted for the new market store, paying for 10 sessions in advance last week. I'm impressed by the service at St Luke's, and the Newmarket store, being newer and in a better spot, should offer even better service. However, my first laser treatment this morning at 9:00 was disappointing. The therapist didn't explain well and hurriedly left the room, not giving me enough time to cover up. When I asked for the manager's contact details to file a complaint, she handed me a generic email card with no name. I now seek a full refund due to this unpleasant experience and hope for a prompt response.About

I've had massages all around the globe. Honestly, this place in New Zealand is the best I've experienced. My mum and I enjoyed the Couple Viva La Hair and Foot massage. We were pleasantly surprised by a private couple foot massage room with warm honey drinks and treats.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and their respectfulness shines through. It's the first time we've seen beauticians bow with such respect in New Zealand. I have been waxing at Bonita for nine years. They are always very professional and respectful towards the client. The staff is well trained and they keep the quality and consistency across the staff. If there’s someone being trained they always ask permission to train that person while waxing you. They also ask if we feel comfortable going with someone who’s been trained. Although I’ve been going there for nine years they still ask permission to come inside the room without a fail. The service and the quality are 10 out of 10. I remember struggling to find a waxing place I liked. The moment I found Bonita I never looked back and went anywhere else.
