Because I shifted homes and found Luke's lacking, I opted for the new market store, paying for 10 sessions in advance last week. I'm impressed by the service at St Luke's, and the Newmarket store, being newer and in a better spot, should offer even better service. However, my first laser treatment this morning at 9:00 was disappointing. The therapist didn't explain well and hurriedly left the room, not giving me enough time to cover up. When I asked for the manager's contact details to file a complaint, she handed me a generic email card with no name. I now seek a full refund due to this unpleasant experience and hope for a prompt response.About

I found it perplexing that he would turn away a potential customer when there was no one else waiting. I eventually had to leave. It's unfortunate, but I prefer loyalty to a barber once I find one.
