However, my first laser treatment this morning at 9:00 was disappointing. The therapist didn't explain well and hurriedly left the room, not giving me enough time to cover up. When I asked for the manager's contact details to file a complaint, she handed me a generic email card with no name. I now seek a full refund due to this unpleasant experience and hope for a prompt response.About
