Was a loyal customer of About Face - especially the Dunedin branch - for years. Even flew back from Canada for treatments. Invested a lot in products, omnilux, etc. However, things took a turn last year - a series of Fraxel treatments left me with post-inflammatory pigmentation and triggered melasma (never experienced this before, no hormonal changes, everything checked). Now spent a fortune on dermatologist visits, peels, skin needling, high-dose vitamin C, hydroquinone, niacinamide, Tretinoin cream. What really hurt was the lack of acknowledgment. Won't be returning to this establishment. To get to Absolute Beauty Workshop at 9 Manatu Street, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 27 from the city center and get off at the Mount Eden Road / Valley Road stop. From there, it's a short walk to the salon. If you're driving, head towards Mount Eden and turn onto Valley Road, then take a left onto Manatu Street. The salon will be on your right.
