Had a facial treatment done here a wee while ago and the scar is still on my face. The lassie that performed the facial was quite intense and kept using the blackhead suction machine over the same areas leaving my skin extremely irritated, red, and damaged my skin barrier. I was scheduled in with a health professional regarding fillers to fix a droopy eyelid. It took over half an hour to drive to my 3:15pm Friday appointment only for the health professional to say I had to see one of their doctors because it is a high risk treatment... none of whom were available to see me. I informed the receptionist of my needs so they should've known to schedule me with a doctor.
