Under the Consumer Guarantee Act, they are violating our agreement. Unacceptable service, unprofessional behavior. I've been to top salons and never encountered such incompetence. I tried the keratin treatment, but there's been no change in my hair. When I told the stylist, I was told my hair was naturally frizzy. The smell was overpowering, and when I asked for a mask, I was told to buy my own. I wouldn't recommend this place.
