I was scheduled in with a health professional regarding fillers to fix a droopy eyelid. It took over half an hour to drive to my 3:15pm Friday appointment only for the health professional to say I had to see one of their doctors because it is a high risk treatment... none of whom were available to see me. I informed the receptionist of my needs so they should've known to schedule me with a doctor. I'm not going to undergo treatments where they can't even arrange for me to see the appropriate individuals!
