Aroha is great to work with. She helped take me from barely able to workout to working out 4 - 6 times a week. If you have your own workout goals she'll cater your sessions to meet those goals. I did the 1:1 sessions at first which were so good for getting me back on track with exercise. I later joined the small group sessions and really thrived off the energy of the people in the room and the push from Aroha in each session.
