I went in for a brow touch-up, hoping for a slight reshaping. Unfortunately, the outcome was far from what I expected. One brow ended up significantly thinner than the other, leaving me feeling self-conscious. The lack of acknowledgment or apology from the owner or manager was disappointing. To top it off, I was charged the full amount, adding insult to injury.
The professional who worked on my eyebrows took the time to understand my preferences and continually checked in with me during the shaping and tinting process. I've never been happier with how my brows turned out! Thank you for the fantastic service :)
I appreciate salons that accommodate walk-in appointments, knowing how hectic it can be as a therapist myself. The reception by a friendly individual was welcoming, and the same person carried out my treatment. While I wasn't consulted on how much to trim off my brows, it wasn't a big issue since it had been a while since my last visit. The final result was impressive, and I left satisfied.
