AVOID MAKING PURCHASES FROM THE BEAUTY STORE ONLINE!!! They are not abiding by the Consumer Guarantees Act. I made multiple purchases that were never received. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they flat out refused, disregarding my rights under the Act. Sheryl Lake was unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the matter. This conduct is not acceptable and is against the law. I strongly recommend that all potential customers steer clear of The Beauty Store in Newmarket!!! Complaint lodged with Commerce Commission.
Last package arrived. Appreciate the service from the Beauty Store. Despite a delay in the delivery due to issues with the wholesaler, I reached out via email and the response from the staff was prompt. I can see they put in effort to assist.
Extremely poor customer service. Attempts to reach out to them have gone unanswered, both via email and the contact form on their website. It has been over 6 days since I placed my order and I still have not received a tracking number.
