I completed the 8-week beginner course and loved it so much that I convinced my partner to join me for another round! The studio is peaceful and the instructors are truly dedicated to the holistic yoga philosophy. We felt fully supported on our journey towards yoga and wellness.
Such a cozy studio in Mt Eden. Natasya's energy is so uplifting, and her classes are both challenging and dynamic. Definitely recommend checking it out!
My first yoga class last night was amazing! Natasya created such a warm and inclusive atmosphere, and her teaching was so well-balanced. Can't wait to go back!
