I tried the keratin treatment, but there's been no change in my hair. When I told the stylist, I was told my hair was naturally frizzy. The smell was overpowering, and when I asked for a mask, I was told to buy my own. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's your responsibility to provide PPE for customers as per NZ laws.
I'm delighted with my keratin treatment. The process was quick and they applied the product generously to accommodate my thick, long hair. The price was also very reasonable!
My partner got the keratin straightening treatment and she's thrilled with the results. Excellent service!
