Exceptional service. Wax removal has been a game-changer, no more infections. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Eric is thorough and explains everything clearly. Recently upgraded to new hearing aids and couldn't be happier. Transitioned from Halswell House of Hearing which I also adored. Seamless transfer of records, unlike other experiences.
Cannot stress enough the exceptional service from the ladies at Bloom Rangiora. Regular hearing maintenance and recently assisting in finding a misplaced charger, they have truly exceeded all expectations. Much appreciation. John
I raised concerns and received a partial refund, which I appreciate. However, I had to return to the doctor as my ear worsened significantly. Now on antibiotics. My ear canal is inflamed, closed, and the eardrum is red and swollen, visible signs of inflammation. I've never had an ear infection, only wax build-up, which I now regret removing as I feel worse off. Clearly a result of the microsuction. The practitioner was rough, causing me to jump several times, without warning me to speak up if uncomfortable. Disappointing outcome, now dealing with an infection and hearing loss due to irritation and damage. Accidents happen, but more caution should have been taken. Previous microsuction sessions were fine, but different provider. Instructed to use olive oil and rinse with water post-procedure, which exacerbated the situation. Pleasant demeanor, but lacking professionalism, leading to stress and two doctor visits. Grateful for the refund, but important to acknowledge now on antibiotics with ear damage. Disheartening to feel worse off after seeking relief.
