The service at the customer desk here is subpar. I tried to get a price match on a product that was in stock at a competitor's store, as shown on my phone. However, the staff member insisted it wasn't available in their system. After 10 minutes of back and forth, she realized her error in selecting the wrong store. Her attitude was quite rude, no apology offered. It seems like they are unwilling to accommodate price matches. I suggest heading to Papanui, where the customer service is excellent. They managed a price match for me within a minute last week.
