Had an awesome time with Sam at the Cutting Room in Rangiora today. Fantastic cut, will definitely return. Staff were so welcoming.
Had a wonderful time getting my hair styled here. The person who cut my hair (I didn't catch their name but they also work with horses) was very attentive to my needs, transparent about pricing, and ensured everything looked great. Overall, a positive experience!
Decided to try this salon as my usual hairdresser was unavailable. The stylist only made minimal changes and focused on the back. I specifically mentioned needing volume removed from the top. Initially, it seemed fine when I left. However, after washing my hair, it looks terrible. I can't style it at all. Feedback from others has been negative, making me feel embarrassed and self-conscious. Now, I have to spend more money to fix it. I feel humiliated and like everyone is staring at me. Wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.
