Went out of her way to locate a product that wasn't in the shop for but stated there were 6 in the back. They had been relocated recently so were not where they anticipated. Service person from warehouse stationary did not cease until she had discovered them. I was highly impressed with her commitment to the customer.
Today is the final day I shop at the Rangiora Warehouse. The Management and staff are incredibly impolite, was approached once again today because I brought my fully enclosed pet stroller into the shop which I usually do every month. Have been instructed to depart the store immediately even though I possess a current Medical letter which I have displayed numerous times to the so-called Security Woman explaining why I have my small dogs with me. A staff member today would not acknowledge my letter or heed me, mentioned the rules altered 2 days ago, how convenient. She stated it is due to them selling food. My pets cannot access the food but it is acceptable for children to roam around handling everything. As for having a "FOOD" Licence, so does a Veterinary Store and we take our animals there without any issue. I am a retired individual who has utilized my pet stroller in Rangiora township for over 5 years, these pets are my emotional support and I am always warmly received at the other major stores out here, the staff at the Warehouse need to acquire some Customer Service skills and learn to smile, we are all striving to survive in these challenging times. I would like to express how helpful a lady was when we were searching for gumboots for our grandson and couldn't find any. She checked to see if they had any and sifted through all the boxes until she found what we were seeking. A wonderful lady.
