Hair at Auckland has been my favorite salon for the past 2 years and even though I've moved out of the area and live an hour away, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else and still make the trip monthly - this place is worth it! Sarah is my absolute hair wizard and goes to great lengths to ensure that my hair color is exactly what I desire every time, even with a tricky copper and lots of grey. Her ability to 'read the room' is always spot on so whether you're looking for a good chat or some quiet relaxation, she always delivers. Bonus: her head massages are top-notch πββοΈ I've also had Lisa and Charlotte do my hair when Sarah hasn't been available and they are also both amazing at their craft. She didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted, as she was more concerned about the next customer waiting. My boy asked for a fade on the sides and back, but the barber ended up shaving off 4 inches on the sides and 6 inches at the back. He didn't want a military cut. He clearly communicated his preferences, but you disregarded them. Even after he expressed his dissatisfaction, you still demanded $40 for your mistake.
