The shop vibe and energy was awesome, clean and tidy atmosphere and you can clearly see the staff loving their craft and enjoying their day. On behalf of my partner Riley, he absolutely loves his dreads you guys fixed and recreated them we never knew they could look this good. Can't wait to see you again. Believe me, I've never encountered such a disappointing experience with a hairstylist before. My stylist, originally from New Zealand, started off amicably, but things quickly went downhill. Despite clear instructions for a simple crew cut, he seemed unable to grasp them. Towards the end, when I pointed out a misalignment in my haircut, he became defensive, claiming I should have mentioned it earlier. It felt like he was making me out to be the problem. Even if the haircut had issues, I would have been fine, but his attitude and possibly racist remarks left me feeling disrespected.
