Truly one of the most disappointing haircuts I've ever received - I requested a simple trim for my shoulder-length hair and ended up with uneven strands and sizable chunks unevenly cut. Their excuse was that it was a "dry cut" so they couldn't dedicate sufficient time to it. I've loathed my locks for ages till I came here. It'd been over a year since my last snip, and I was lost on what I wanted. All I said was, "I don't know what I want but I loathe my hair." Diamond suggested ideas that I loved and executed them flawlessly. She also gave me tips on hair care at home, which I truly appreciated. She was so caring, and I felt well taken care of.
I usually fret about arriving early to appointments as I don't want to seem pushy. I'm quite anxious, but I felt at ease once there.
During my visit, I opted for the scalp treatment, and it was incredibly relaxing. It was my first time, but I can see myself returning for more scalp treatments even if I don't need a trim.
I have no complaints. My scalp feels revitalized, and with the thinning in the cut, my hair feels much lighter. I adore the outcome. I work with people, and I believe I'll feel much more confident there.
I paid $150 for the scalp treatment, shampoo, and restyle, and for me, it was definitely worth every penny.About

First time ever visiting a Vivo Salon and I'm so glad I booked here at the Lambton salon and was lucky enough to be booked in with Chloe, who did an absolutely amazing job with my hair!! I have been bleaching my hair for sometime and wanted to add some depth, Chloe knew the look I was after straight away after a brief chat and nailed the colour/toner and cut I was after! Walked away feeling so happy and lucky that I have found a skilled and nice hairdresser - Thanks so much Chloe, can't wait for my next appointment!

Took my daughter here for her first haircut. They exceeded all my expectations. All the aunties showed up and they were so warm. Hemi was fantastic! He was so gentle and even gave us (the parents) as well as the two grannies a strand of hair each which they greatly appreciated. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment; they are disorganized, inexperienced, and charge exorbitant prices. They are understaffed to the point where a heavily pregnant technician had to perform my treatment, which was less than ideal. The treatment room lacks air conditioning, making the process far more uncomfortable and painful than necessary. The insolent technician even had the audacity to blame me for the heightened pain. I decided to terminate the session midway, yet I was still charged a hefty fee. Additionally, the technicians exhibit poor hygiene, emitting body odor and bad breath. Overall, it was a regrettable experience and a waste of both time and money. I am certain there are far superior, more accommodating, and experienced establishments to choose from.About
