He was pleasant, not overly chatty, accidentally cut my finger which stung with the chemicals and blue light. I visited this place for a Brazilian and I was impressed by the atmosphere, kind staff, and their thoroughness. It is on the pricier side, but I was willing to pay for the quality of service.
