I always get major nerves visiting new places but Keira and Lily make you feel right at home each time you come in. I've been here 3 times now, Keira is fantastic with her massages and Lily is fantastic with eyebrows. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!
My mates gave me a voucher for a couple of treatments but due to COVID I couldn't use it within 6 months. Also, I'm expecting so I waited until we felt safe to travel and then gave them a call to ask if they could accommodate us now considering the circumstances with COVID and my pregnancy. Keira was the lady I spoke to. She was extremely rude from the get-go of the conversation, and mentioned we'd have to book it on a weekday which wouldn't work for us due to the travel involved. Still in a very rude and aggressive manner, she stated she wouldn't make any exceptions because our voucher had expired. I believe massages and body treatments go beyond just technique but also involve an exchange of energies, and I would never recommend such a harsh soul and negative person to anyone seeking this type of service. Personally, I don't even want a person who treats someone that is 8 months pregnant in such a rude manner touching my body and sending me such negative energies. I am glad I didn't go there in the first place. I'd rather lose the money than have such a person touching my body, especially during my pregnancy. So disappointed as a person more than as a customer. I would never go there or recommend it to anyone.
I highly suggest this salon. Both Keira and Lily are skilled therapists who are reliable and very knowledgeable. My facial was incredibly soothing and I left feeling fantastic. Thank you :)
