Waited at the Fiery Warehouse Rotorua Info desk for 15 minutes more. Needed a key cut. The two folks there didn't acknowledge me for 15 minutes. They were all over the place, chatting away. After one client left, it was my turn next, but one of them got engrossed in a chat with another customer. I had to inquire what's the deal. The response I got was, "I'm not on duty here, who's supposed to be handling this?" Such shoddy and unprofessional service at the desk, they should be replaced immediately. Bring in some competent staff, this seems deliberate when they see others waiting.
Purchased some timber sheets, too big for my ride, asked the young worker there if they could trim it down... they happily did it for me... That's what I call top-notch service.
