Fantastic massage. Just needs more ambiance. The exterior looks fantastic. The interior was disorganized. The front desk, papers, and drinks were scattered everywhere. The massage room was good with clear instructions. Unfortunately, leaving the door open while massaging, too much bright light ruins the relaxing atmosphere. Also, playing loud soothing sounds through your phone, ruined it a bit. I had to request to lower the volume. Some TLC for the workplace is necessary. A clean and tidy environment wouldn't hurt, not a mess. Thank you.
This spot is a hidden treasure arrived in Rotorua on Waitangi Day 2022 & was able to secure an appointment the following day. I highly recommend this place, she accommodated my tall stature and I had such a delightful nap.
I go to this salon for my eyebrows, they offer the best price in the area $28. The owner is really nice and she is very skilled at the services she provides. It's interesting to hear about her experiences in New Zealand and her trips back to her home country in Japan. The salon could use a bit of a makeover and decluttering to be honest, but her service and results are definitely not affected by this. Excellent service and results. Thanks a lot Cha da beauty spa.
