The team works wonders with colour, and are incredibly kind. Couldn't be more pleased with the service - thank you!
Utterly let down. Hair in disarray from prior box dye attempt, assured by three different workers they could achieve desired colour for $180, end result is a disaster. Requested rich burgundy, showed samples, left with unwanted highlights and muddy brown. Already had brown hair; foils added without explanation, charged extra $60. Devastated and betrayed. Will not return, no offer to rectify. Photos attached.
