Fantastic service from the Kiwi at the entrance, she was so welcoming & helpful. The store is fully stocked, well-organized & impeccably tidy in comparison to Kmart's in Wellington.
Discount store situated in 'The Hub' shopping centre. The layout is a bit quirky, with the checkouts at the rear of the building and staff checking your purchases on the way out. There's a large homeware section with items for your kitchen/bedroom/bathroom, and more. The clothing section is prominent, with separate areas for men's, women's & children's apparel. There's a good baby section, as well as spaces for toys and arts & crafts. I can't comment on the staff as I haven't interacted with anyone despite visiting three times. Plenty of parking available outside.
Usually very friendly and helpful. Today a young Kiwi lass who works there verbally confronted me in the home goods section. I had visited the camping department first, as directed by staff, who suggested they might have what I was looking for. The lass became quite upset and began shouting at me, so I decided to walk away.
