Ana is a hairdresser pro with a sharp eye for detail and a treasured staff member no doubt - plus she’s absolutely lovely 🌟🌟🌟 …
Choice experience at Kope Barber today! The young bro handled cutting my yelling nephews hair (first ever haircut) with ease, looks mean too! And then the cuz with dreadlocks doing my partner’s hair at the same time did a mean job too. Always struggle to find a good barber so when we back in Whakatane next we will deffs be back!! Cheap as haircuts too!!! Churr
The other day around 2pm I 'hobbled' in on my crutches trying to beat the after school rush only to see the 'CLOSED' sign on the door. Luckily, Ana let me in and I found out they had been so busy they hadn't even had a lunch break, but she was happy to see me if I didn't mind waiting a bit longer . . . . I didn't mind at all. Despite all that, Ana and her Team were cheerful and laughing and smiling but I could see she needed to rest her feet. It's that 'aroha' she has for her customers that deserves this 5 star review but I have also nominated them for the 2024 Prospa Local Business Hero's. Nga mihi nui.
