The Lumino team is always so warm and accommodating. Nicole and Alicia greet you with a friendly welcome, then there's Liza and her assistant who were extremely patient and understanding of my dental anxieties. They were also very thorough in follow-ups to ensure everything was okay post-treatment. I wholeheartedly recommend Lumino Whakatane, and I am incredibly grateful to the team!
Outstanding service and overall experience from start to finish. Found a dentist online only. Lumino Whakatane came up, and they had an online booking option. Managed to secure an appointment within a week!!! I was concerned about the cost for a chipped tooth - but the pricing was actually very reasonable, quite competitive, and the chipped tooth got fixed(without extraction). The staff were incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job taking care of me.
Fantastic crew here in Whakatane. Totally blown away by the genuine kindness and welcoming smiles. The Dentist was top-notch, hands down the best dental experience I've had. This spot is definitely becoming my regular go-to. It was actually a recommendation from someone, and now I see why :)
