Waited at the Fiery Warehouse Rotorua Info desk for 15 minutes more. Needed a key cut. The two folks there didn't acknowledge me for 15 minutes. They were all over the place, chatting away. After one client left, it was my turn next, but one of them got engrossed in a chat with another customer. I had to inquire what's the deal. The response I got was, "I'm not on duty here, who's supposed to be handling this?" Such shoddy and unprofessional service at the desk, they should be replaced immediately. Fantastic massage. Just needs more ambiance. The exterior looks fantastic. The interior was disorganized. The front desk, papers, and drinks were scattered everywhere. The massage room was good with clear instructions. Unfortunately, leaving the door open while massaging, too much bright light ruins the relaxing atmosphere. Also, playing loud soothing sounds through your phone, ruined it a bit. I had to request to lower the volume.
