Scheduled a pedicure a couple of days ago. The experience was delightful! The foot massage was wonderfully long, and they did a fantastic job. Asked the person tending to us (my mum and me) if we could also get gel shellac manicures, and they were very accommodating despite closing early on Sundays at 2.30pm (we asked around 1.15pm, still during the pedicure). Also requested white French tips for my fingers, and the lady did an amazing job!! Hand-painted the French tips herself - all symmetrical too!
Unfortunately, my mum chose a color that ended up a bit clumpy and not as smooth, with visible stroke lines. It chipped the next day while typing. She booked a fix, and they were happy to help. Overall, a 4*. They stayed open until close to 4 to accommodate us! Highly recommend!! Fantastic massage. Just needs more ambiance. The exterior looks fantastic. The interior was disorganized. The front desk, papers, and drinks were scattered everywhere. The massage room was good with clear instructions. Unfortunately, leaving the door open while massaging, too much bright light ruins the relaxing atmosphere. Also, playing loud soothing sounds through your phone, ruined it a bit. I had to request to lower the volume.

Waited at the Fiery Warehouse Rotorua Info desk for 15 minutes more. Needed a key cut. The two folks there didn't acknowledge me for 15 minutes. They were all over the place, chatting away. After one client left, it was my turn next, but one of them got engrossed in a chat with another customer. I had to inquire what's the deal. The response I got was, "I'm not on duty here, who's supposed to be handling this?" Such shoddy and unprofessional service at the desk, they should be replaced immediately. It's always a challenge to reach them. I went in for a check-up and was informed that a tooth needed to be extracted. I booked the appointment, showed up, and the dentist was not very talkative or friendly. The extraction process was difficult and I was not reassured at all; it ended up being quite brutal. The aftermath left me with stitches that extended beyond the adjacent teeth. I've had multiple teeth extracted in the past and never experienced anything like this. There was no follow-up communication to check on my well-being. For the price I paid, the service was subpar.
