Scheduled a pedicure a couple of days ago. The experience was delightful! The foot massage was wonderfully long, and they did a fantastic job. Asked the person tending to us (my mum and me) if we could also get gel shellac manicures, and they were very accommodating despite closing early on Sundays at 2.30pm (we asked around 1.15pm, still during the pedicure). Also requested white French tips for my fingers, and the lady did an amazing job!! Hand-painted the French tips herself - all symmetrical too!
Unfortunately, my mum chose a color that ended up a bit clumpy and not as smooth, with visible stroke lines. It chipped the next day while typing. She booked a fix, and they were happy to help. Overall, a 4*. They stayed open until close to 4 to accommodate us! Highly recommend!! It's always a challenge to reach them. I went in for a check-up and was informed that a tooth needed to be extracted. I booked the appointment, showed up, and the dentist was not very talkative or friendly. The extraction process was difficult and I was not reassured at all; it ended up being quite brutal. The aftermath left me with stitches that extended beyond the adjacent teeth. I've had multiple teeth extracted in the past and never experienced anything like this. There was no follow-up communication to check on my well-being. For the price I paid, the service was subpar.
